  DQSS-4D YARN CLEARING AND MONITORING INSTALLATION is a new generation digital multi-functional yarn quality monitoring system. The installation has advanced performance, reliable quality, reasonable structure, convenience for using and maintaining. Adopting large LCD, Chinese menus and help message. It also has various functions such as yarn package measuring length , statistic and network creation, self-test printing various statistic data etc.. DQSS-4 D is used to equip with various general winders.

· Measuring length : measuring winding length of a package with microcomputer.Measuring length value setting can be  adjusted as single spindle, good consistency, smaller error.
· Setting form of material coefficient: setting manually and adjusting automatically. Material coefficient can be adjusted automatically according to the change of temperature and humidity.
